Here's a friendly reminder to keep the JobWalk App up-to-date on all of your devices to benefit from a smooth and fast 360° photo capture experience.
We also recommend to activate the auto-update for apps to ensure that you always run the latest version.
We understand that sometimes you don’t have a 360° camera at hand and just quickly take some 2D photos. With the latest update of the JobWalk App on iOS it is now possible to upload these 2D photos from your device’s gallery directly to your floor plans in HoloBuilder. Just select a photo within your gallery and upload it via the share option.
Be sure to update your JobWalk App to the latest version to use this feature and to benefit from a smooth 360° photo capture experience.
We have added a new camera option to our list of supported 360° cameras: The Insta360 ONE R is now compatible with the latest JobWalk App version 2.6.42 on iOS. Please make sure your app is up-to-date for the best 360° photo capture experience.
Are you experiencing any UI errors in the Web Editor or Enterprise Dashboard, e.g. missing UI elements such as waypoints on your floor plan, not loading images and icons? Please make sure to empty your browser cache and reload the browser tab to get back the full experience with HoloBuilder.
